Architecture

Architecture was my first passion, my first academic pursuit and my first step into a creative career. Growing up in Sao Luis, MA, I was surrounded by unique, old and new architecture. Seeing the contrast between the 18th century Portuguese colonial town and the modern Museu Memorial Maria Aragão by Oscar Niemeyer was incredibly inspirational. It is this inspiration that has driven me to create modern, sustainable places for businesses, public parks and houses. 

Challenge

You might think there’s no need for an architect in house renovations, or in constructing your first store but please think twice! You might be able to do the work yourself but you are opening yourself up to potential issues during constructions or after the project is finished. Ill fitted floors, lack of light, wrong cuts into walls are all common mistakes that can be avoided by hiring a professional. 

With me by your side, you will avoid design errors that would cost a pretty penny to fix later on. You will have someone who understands structural engineering, optimization of small spaces, utilization of outdoor spaces, and as an extra bonus, interior design!
